Book Chapter on Genetic Biocontrol

We were happy to contribute a chapter on genetic biocontrol of crop pests to the book “Advances in biocontrol of crop insect pests”, which is now available (https://shop.bdspublishing.com/store/bds/detail/workgroup/3-190-138077). The book was edited by Travis Glare and Johannes Jehle. Alexis Kriete, Sarah Hudadoff, Ariel Tarrand and Amarish Yadav contributed equally to the chapter. The chapter title is “Genetic engineering of insects to inhibit insect pest reproduction”. Thus, the focus was on autocidal methods for population suppression of agricultural pests.
